Salt, Herbs and Spices (Paprika), Dehydrated Garlic, Sugar, Olive Oil.
To use directly, sprinkle on meat while cooking. For marinade, combine 2 tbsp of Souvlaki Seasoning with 1kg meat cubes. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil into meat, mix well. Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 hours. Thread the meat on skewers. Grill on charcoal. Serve with lemon wedges.
