Salt, Herbs and Spices, Dehydrated Vegetables (Garlic, Onion), Olive Oil.
To use directly, sprinkle on meat while cooking.
For marinade, combine 1 1/2 tbsp of Portuguese Meat Seasoning with 1 lb/454g meat. Add 2 tsp of olive oil, mix well.
Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 hours before cooking or use right away.
