Greek Lemon and Herb Seasoning is excellent on meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. Use in sauces.
For marinade, combine 1 1/2 tsp of Greek Lemon and Herb Seasoning with 1lb/454g poultry. Add 1tbsp of olive oil, mix well.
Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 hours before cooking or use right away.
