To use directly, sprinkle the sriracha seasoning on meat or seafood while cooking. For marinade, combine 2 tbsp of seasoning with 1 lb/454g meat or seafood. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, mix well. Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 hours before cooking or use right away.
