Portuguese Rotisserie Seasoning is excellent on meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. Use in soups, sauces and stews. For marinade, combine 2 tsp Portuguese Rotisserie Seasoning with 1 lb/454g meat or seafood. Add 2 tsp olive oil, mix well. Refrigerate for a maximum of 2 hours before cooking or use right away.
