Usage tips
Combine 2 tsp. of olive oil with 1/2 lb (227g) seafood (shrimps, scallops, calamari, etc.). Coarsely grind seasoning on seafood. Coat well. Refrigerate up to 1hr. Pan sear or grill for maximum flavour.
